• cosmology and ethics in the Stoic conception of nature:
• philosophy of nature in the Middle Ages (especially Eriugena and Cusanus);
• from geocentrism to heliocentrism (from Ptolemy to Copernicus);
• Giordano Bruno, philosopher of infinity
• Spinoza's pantheism: Deus sive natura;
• mathematics, experience and metaphysics in the post-Cartesian philosophy of nature;
