Latin morphology: four conjugations (subjunctives, participles, infinitives), cardinal and ordinal numbers, pronouns (possessive, personal, reflective, demonstrative, indefinite etc.), adjuncts, comparison of adverbs and adjectives, deponents, certain irregular, imperfect, and impersonal verbs.
Latin syntax: expressing prohibition, independent interrogative and optative sentences; subordinate clauses: relative, causal, conditional; constructions: active and passive descriptive conjugation.
Translation: reading and translating original quotations, funerary inscriptions, and simpler adjusted original texts (selected according to the needs of archaeology).
Roman civilization and culture: basic overview of historical and geographical framework and the social, cultural, and civilizational environment in Antiquity (in accordance with the selected texts).
